What are the specs of an Amazon EC2 server through WebHostsOnline?
Amazon’s Elastic Compute Cloud servers use Intel Xeon Platinum 8000 series processors (Skylake-SP or Cascade Lake), with DDR4 RAM based on CPU generation. Storage is on Amazon SSD.
Do 20i AWS servers use ECC memory?
Yes, across Amazon EC2, error correction code (ECC) RAM is used on all the hardware.
What CMS can I use with 20i Amazon servers?
You can use any Linux-compatible CMS, like Drupal, Joomla!, WordPress and many more. We include over 80 one-click-install web apps that you can use to create a site or add more functionality to your current one.
How long will it take for my Amazon server to be up and running?
As soon as you make payment, we’ll ask Amazon to spin up your server and test it. This takes around thirty minutes depending on system load, and after that you can start creating hosting packages and migrating websites.
Can I choose the location of the AWS data centre where my sites are hosted?
